Special Issue Information

A vital part of modern sensing technology, metal-based functional sensors are being utilized more and more in industrial automation, smart homes, medical diagnostics, and environmental monitoring. This journal is devoted to investigating the state-of-the-art developments in this field, encompassing, but not limited to, novel functional material synthesis strategies, creative solutions in practical applications, and inventive principles of sensor design. The study of materials including metal oxides, nanostructured metals, and alloys is given particular attention in an effort to improve the sensitivity of environmental monitoring, the intelligence of industrial automation, and the precision of medical diagnostics. The journal's goals are to strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation and communication, address global challenges and advance sustainable social development while also promoting the ongoing advancement of metal-based sensor technologies through the publication of high-quality research results.
